Lilith was walking at a very fast pace toward Natalie’s quarters. She had some very, very good news to share with her right-hand woman. She also had something of a gift, because she was about the only person Lilith trusted with her life, aside from Samael who only did so out of love. Lilith was sure Natalie trusted her right back and she felt this was something she could use more than Samael would be interested in.
She politely knocked on Natalie’s door twice before she opened it. She was far to excited to bother with etiquette right now.
“Natalie, I have wonderful news,” she announced as she walked in.
She held a very small disc in her hand that was glowing blood red. She had gotten what she’d been trying to get for about three or four decades. It was such perfect timing, too!

Natalie had been rereading War and Peace when Lilith knocked on her door. She set her book down, making sure to use the ribbon attached to the book to mark her place, and then Lilith came rushing in, excited. Natalie raised her eyebrows, wondering what was to be celebrated.
Then Lilith told her there was wonderful news and showed her the disc, and if Natalie was still alive, her breath would have caught. That was it. The power to create vampire. She smiled and got up and walked over to Lilith.
"That's it?" she asked, looking at the blood red disc. Well, that was what she had pictured it to look like. Red and blood red at that. "You got it?" Natalie was excited now, too, although she was trying to remain calm. Getting caught up in the heat of the moment might not be such a good thing. Of course, it was still a great feat!

Lilith held out the blood red disc to Natalie, “Yes, this is it. I want you to have it.”
She was firm about this. She already had too much to be concerned with right now, so she wanted someone she could trust absolutely with this power to have it.
“Apparently the power works very easily, you’ll just have to take all of their blood and they’ll take it back, then we have a new vampire,” explained Lilith, “I want you to turn our new friend immediately, if you could.”
She was so excited about this. It had taken a hell of a lot of work, so right now was so rewarding. She had what she needed and she could begin her coup in Hell. It was a perfect time, considering that Leviathan was busy and Beelzebub was detained. That was only five Lords of sin to contend with and Lilith was really only worried about Mammon and Lucifer. She didn’t want to think about the Princes right now. They’d only begin to do things if the Lord of Hell told them to.

Natalie looked surprised, but the expression quickly left her face and she accepted the disc. She very distantly remembered being turned. . Well, she remembered it well, she just tried to forget it. Having all of your blood taken out and then having it returned wasn't very fun. Oh well. Dago was lucky. He wouldn't have had it done by the Lord of Hell himself.
"Of course," Natalie said, before taking the disc and moving it towards her forehead. She slid it in and cringed a little as the disc entered her brain. New powers were painful. Once it was inside, she blinked a few times. Well, then. Now she had the ability to turn vampires. This would be interesting.
"Where is his room?" Natalie asked, looking back up at Lilith. Ah, that was the problem with being short. You had to look up at everybody and sometimes if an object was really big, you had trouble seeing over it.

Lilith watched eagerly as Natalie inserted the power into her self. This was a huge step for them and Lilith could barely contain herself. Lilith, of course, remembered Natalie being turned. It wasn’t a pleasant ordeal and if it had happened to Lilith, she would have wanted to strike it from her memory. She wanted to remember for Natalie, of course.
“His room is two doors to the left of the second floor,” she said.
He was one of two guests right now. The other was Renee, who had refused to sleep in her room, so she was sleeping in the room next to hers.
“Let me know how things go, I’m going to take Renee to Purgatory today,” she said, heading toward her door.
It looked like the both of them were in for a very interesting day. One would be bloody, the other would be hot, hopefully both would accomplish their goals.

Natalie nodded. "Good luck," she said to Lilith, before leaving her room as well. Well, now she had a new power, she might as well use it on Dago. Besides, Lilith had asked her to, and so she would. There was no time like the present, after all.
Natalie walked to Dago's room, happy that they would finally be able to get further into the plan now. If they did this correctly, then they might actually have a chance at succeeding. It was an exciting thought, really. Natalie was happy that things were going so well for them, but she was also wary- One never knew when things could go wrong.
Finally, Natalie got to Dago's room. She figured it would be polite to knock instead of barging in. And besides, Dago was guilty of lust, so one never wanted to barge into the room of someone guilty of lust- One never knew what they could be doing. She knocked a few times on his door and waited as patiently as she could.

Fortunately for Natalie, Dago was a late sleeper. Fortunately for Dago, he wasn’t such a heavy sleeper right now as he had been. Something about recently dying kind of put him on his guard, oddly enough. He stumbled out of the bed he’d been given and opened the door. He ran a hand through his hair and blinked a few times. Oh it was that woman from the day… he died. He was glad he didn’t decide to sleep naked, but he looked kind of rumpled in his slept-in clothes. He’d have to remedy that once he got the surface. At least they were bloody like they probably were when he died.
“Oh, hey,” he said, putting on a sleepy grin, “What can I do for you?”
He considered making a joke, but he figured that wasn’t a good idea, considering they were going to let him live on the mortal plane.

Natalie wordlessly walked inside of the room. "Close the door," she ordered, staring at him seriously. It was sort of a disgusting process, as she remembered it. Lots of blood. She didn't want anyone walking by and seeing it and being traumatized, so she might as well have Dago shut the door.
Natalie crossed her arms and waited impatiently. Oh, right. She might as well tell him why she was here, lest he get the wrong idea. . "I'm going to turn you into a vampire," she said calmly. "It's a very horrid and disturbing process, so let's get it over with as soon as we can, okay?"
Alright, well, at least this way he wouldn't think she was here for that. It wasn't like he was unattractive or anything, but Natalie had more important things to do than go around screwing her subordinates. She had a coup to run, there was no time for silly things like that, and besides, the idea wasn't appealing to her at all.

Dago frowned a bit. Not exactly the friendliest people down in Hell, were there? He couldn’t complain too much, as they were helping him a hell of a lot more than he thought he’d be helping them. Not that he wouldn’t try, he just didn’t understand how he fit into all of this or how he could be helpful to anyone at this point. He was dead, for fucks’s sake. He shut the door like he was commanded. If he had been in any other circumstance, he would have assumed she was simply playing the role of a domina, but she quickly told him what was what. Oh well, another time, maybe, he thought with a wry grin.
“Alright,” he said, “I’m not afraid of blood or anything.”
He shrugged. He had been going to school for surgery after all. He hadn’t seen too much of his own blood, but it was all red, what difference did it make?

Natalie frowned. "It's more painful than anything, really," she said, trying not to think about when she was turned. Unfortunately, she really had to to remember just how to do it. The thought of it made her feel a little sick, but she sighed and just had to deal with it.
Natalie approached him and pulled on his shirt to bring him down more to her level. That was the problem with height differences, she supposed, especially with someone who was half a foot taller than her. "I'm going to drain you almost entirely of your blood, and when I tell you to, you have to take it back," Natalie whispered in his ear before hovering her mouth above his neck. "Do you understand? If you have any questions, ask now or forever hold your peace."
She couldn't just go ahead and do it. It was far too risky to do that, and she didn't want to lose the first mage they had gotten since her.
