Natalie raised her eyebrows. "Hm, good point," she said. Well, then, a surgeon with the ability to transfer physical sensations could be a good interrogator. With glamour, the possibilities were even further expanded. Anyway, Lilith was right, they weren't at that stage of the plan quite yet.
But they would be someday, and so it was a good thing that they did have Dago on hand. Just in case. Natalie was rather happy she had given Dago a cell phone now- A means to communicate, just in case they needed him back here in Hell.
"Sure," Natalie answered. Well,it sounded like a good idea, seeing Dago off. She might as well; he was her subordinate. Might as well make an attempt to be polite, and besides, The Prince had been written in satire, after all.
Apparently, though, some mortals didn't quite understand that. Natalie had a feeling some Lords of Sin would take it at face value as well.

Lilith was aware of the possibilities of glamour involved as well. Dago could be a good cop and a bad cop interrogator all at once; if he didn’t drive the subject completely insane after awhile, they’d surely have their information.
Lilith shut the door behind them and walked to Dago’s assigned room. Now that he was a member of Lilith’s army, she’d just have to keep that room unoccupied until he got back from his romp in the mortal plane. She knocked politely on his door and he answered immediately this time. He blinked a few times at Lilith and Natalie, but let them in without a word.
“We’re ready to send you up to where you died,” Lilith announced.
“Oh good, I was wondering, no offence,” he said, in his best attempt to be respectful.
Lilith didn’t respond, “To prove yourself loyal, you’ll have to be celibate for three years.”
He had a slightly horrified and incredulous expression on his face, but in reality he couldn’t argue. It was either do it, or stay in hell and that wasn’t an option he wanted to explore.
Lilith continued, “I assume you’ll attempt to return to your Order, correct?”
Dago swallowed heavily and nodded.
“If the new Head of the Order is willing, you have the option of being monogamous with him,” she informed him, and Dago looked visibly relieved, “The moment you have an affair with anyone else, you’ll come immediately back here and you won’t be given another chance, understood?”
“Yes,” said Dago, nervously shoving his hands in his pockets.
Lilith glanced at Natalie, to see if she had anything to add.

Natalie shrugged, and tried to think of anything else she could add. Aside from, of course, 'try not to die.' That wouldn't be very nice, now would it? Besides, Dago was already dead. Perhaps a better thing to say would be 'try not to cease existing.'
Oh well, she had warned him of what he needed to avoid like the plague and what he needed to do to continue existing and not die again. Now it was up to Dago to survive, and there wasn't really much Natalie or Lilith could do.
Hopefully he would be smart enough to stay 'alive.' If not, then they would be losing a good resource, especially now that they had a plan they needed to put into motion.
"Good luck," Natalie finally said. That was something people said often to each other one was about to perform a difficult task, right? Yes, it was. Besides, Dago would be needing all the luck he could get.

Dago nodded, aware that he was going to need a lot of fucking luck, too. He also swallowed pretty hard, as he recalled what Natalie said to him in regards to betraying Lilith. He had no reason to even try, yet. He was also feeling pretty damn grateful that she was allowing him to live on the surface, though it was uncommon or unheard of.
“Thanks,” he said.
Lilith nodded and placed both of her hands on his shoulders and shut her eyes, casting a spell in a language Dago couldn’t even guess to what it was. He suddenly saw a bright light and had to shut his eyes.
When he opened them again, he was standing in a pile of rubble. This must… shit. He looked around, and sure enough, the rubble looked enough like the Order, he knew where he was. He looked up at the snowy night sky. Well, at least he hadn’t been transported here during the day. That would have been a short trip.
He spent the next hour looking for skeletons and bodies, but he surprisingly found none. Not even his own or Dimitri’s. That would be a good thing, he hoped that meant everyone else was still alive.
He opened up a charred door and found the staircase to the basement. In the warehouse, much to his surprise, nothing was harmed. Everything was still there, the piano was completely intact and unharmed, every statue and box completely fine. He walked around for awhile and accidentally knocked over a brown leather bag and several tons of tools came piling out of the small bag. Dago stared at it. Must be one of Selene’s bags, he realized. He picked up the bag and dumped out the rest. The very last thing to fall out was a little silver ring. Dago recognized it immediately. That damned willpower ring that Dimitri had given him for Christmas, he realized. He immediately put it on.
He looked at the bag again. Then he looked over at the piano. Well, if he found everyone again, he’d have a gift for Marian when he got back at least. Now he just had to figure out how to get the piano in the bag…
After he figured that much out, he headed back upstairs. He moved to the portal rooms, quite disappointed to find out that most were melted beyond repair. The very last one was flickering a faint portal, off and on. Jack fucking pot, he thought. He peeked through the portal and found that it was dark there, too. He would need to find shelter immediately, but it was a start. He jumped through the portal when it flicked on.
